Baby not getting full feed from breasts - any advice?

We just realized my 2 month old has not been collecting the full feed he needs from my breasts . We started to check his weight prior to bf and after and saw on avg he gets 2 oz from me when due to his weight, he should be collecting 4.

The thing is, I have the milk to feed him the 4oz but he just gives up after nursing, which can last usual for over an hour. Sometimes he will get so angry and start crying at the boob at which when I check, I'm able to express milk and feel that my breast is not empty and then struggle to get him back on.

We did have his tongue tie procedure completed over 2 weeks ago which has healed almost 100% now. At first I thought it was the pain from that but now we are in recovery, I feel it's something else as to why he won't finish on me. It's been so tough bc he feeds for so long and then I need to feed him a bottle afterwards to make sure he's getting fed. I then also try to pump after since he hadn't depleted all of the milk which I can use for bottles for next feeds as we start the process all over again. Has this happened to anyone else?

A few things to note:

- he has a good latch from day one.

- we slow feed him the bottle in hopes this won't make him have preference over the boob

- I don't want to keep weighing him to ensure he's getting enough but of course want to make sure he's fed

- the bottles he gets are 90% pumped breast milk with the additional being formula when I can't keep up

So open to any thoughts/tips/advice! I just know we can't sustain like this :(

We breasts.
